If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. It should be credited to your payment method or provided bank account within 7 to 10 business days for prepaid or COD orders, depending on your bank's processing times.

In some exception cases, if an exchange is processed 2nd time, then Rs 100/- will be charged extra.
